We are looking for an exceptional Lead Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at Independent Case Management, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to clients and their families.

About the Job

This is a part-time position, with a maximum of six hours worked per week per client. Four hours of this time will be spent in the client's home, with the remaining two hours as needed outside the home. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the importance of evidence-based practices and be able to apply these principles in a real-world setting.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  2. To provide one-on-one support and guidance to clients, including in-home therapy sessions and community-based activities.
  3. To maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
