Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Communication Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a remote opportunity that offers a stable and flexible work environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations, developing personalized therapy plans, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' communication skills using advanced teletherapy tools.
  • Personalized Therapy Plans: Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective support for students.
  • Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Virginia SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP Certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer and internet connection required; no Chromebooks/tablets permitted.
