Newport Rehabilitation LLC is a rehabilitation center located in the scenic coastal town of Newport, Oregon. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
We offer competitive compensation with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Newport Rehabilitation LLC, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement and execute established patient treatment plans. This will include communicating with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also provide timely written documentation as required by insurance providers and regulatory agencies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum and be able to practice unencumbered. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources. Additionally, you must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and hold CPR certification.
