About the Role

At Birch Tree Communities, we're seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to join our team. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience and related education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support services and interventions according to each member's plan of care, utilizing a recovery-oriented, person-centered approach.
  • Work collaboratively within a treatment team under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional and Program Supervisor.
  • Deliver clinically appropriate activities while ensuring all members receive prescribed services/interventions.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Certification as a QBHP is necessary.
  • Valid and current driver's license required.
  • Experience in supervising, training, direct service delivery, budget management, leadership, communication, and time management is desirable.
