We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Services Lead to join our team at Independent Case Management, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients and their families, providing individualized support and guidance to achieve their goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working a maximum of six hours per week per client, with four hours in the client's home and two hours as needed outside the home. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work with clients and their families to develop and implement treatment plans that meet their needs and goals.
  • To provide individualized support and guidance to clients, including in-home therapy sessions and community-based activities.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with healthcare professionals and family members.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably working with children and adults with behavioral challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
