Core Responsibilities:
Execute behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and provide progress updates
Assist BCBA in training families on the implementation of tailored treatment strategies
Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Maintain open and clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders
Complete any additional tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA

Essential Requirements:
Access to reliable transportation
Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience with children with ASD is preferred but not mandatory
Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Capacity to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Compensation:
$16-22/hr
