Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with psychiatric conditions, working closely with our primary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor medications and provide brief intervention strategies to patients with medical and behavioral health problems.
- Develop treatment plans and collaborate with medical providers, mental health staff, and other partners to ensure effective treatment for patients with behavioral health disorders.
- Provide clinical supervision to our clinic nursing staff and ensure that all patients receive high-quality care.
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Psychiatrist in the state of Oregon.
- Three years of work experience and specialized training in the mental health field.
- Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and treatment for mental health conditions.
- Ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments and develop appropriate management/treatment plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team.
