The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team at The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). This role involves performing a variety of tasks, including maintaining accurate records, assisting with recruitment, and supporting the onboarding process.

**Key Tasks Include:**

  • Enter employee data into the HRIS system and ensure data integrity.
  • Support the offboarding process, including preparing exit documents and scheduling exit meetings.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is required.

**Salary Information:** The base salary for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. ACOG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible work schedule, commuting allowance, and more.
