We are in search of a proficient EDI Systems Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience to play a crucial role in refining our EDI systems and integrated applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of EDI Systems: Assume responsibility for our EDI systems and integrated applications, ensuring efficient transaction processing and data flow to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Expertise in Business Processes: Cultivate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of business processes, data management, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks pertinent to EDI.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, serving as a vital link between IT and business units.
  • Project Participation: Engage in and lead various projects, from system implementations to process improvements, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Focus on Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business units to prioritize and oversee EDI initiatives, emphasizing ongoing process enhancement and system optimization.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on technical support for EDI and ERP systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of existing systems.
  • Data Oversight: Guarantee the timely and precise processing of inbound and outbound EDI transactions, upholding data integrity and compliance.
  • Innovation and Strategic Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, contributing to the evolution of internal IT processes and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 3-5 years of practical experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, with familiarity with the complete order flow process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ERP systems, basic SQL queries, and Microsoft Office. Experience with specific EDI tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-driven and adept at managing multiple tasks and projects independently.
  • Analytical Skills: A meticulous approach with a focus on precision, data integrity, and continuous enhancement.
