Lead Clinical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at Piedmont Atlanta Transplant.
Job OverviewThis role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic, collaborating with physicians, providers, and patients to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Carefully coordinates delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth to end-of-life
- Provides clinical care as needed when census demands
- Effectively communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leaders
- Serves as a valuable resource for guidance and assistance to staff
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Minimum one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
Preferred qualifications include two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, a Bachelor's degree, advanced certification in the field of specialty, and demonstrated clinical competency.
BenefitsThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday during business hours, with no evenings or weekends required. After training completion, there is potential for one remote workday per week.
CompensationEstimated salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
