Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist Lead to provide advanced pre-sales support on our Sun Nuclear products to internal and external customers.

About You:

You will be knowledgeable about our SNC's products, particularly SunCHECK Enterprise Software, as well as industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Your ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in medical physics, clinical engineering, or a related field, and clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Enterprise Software Sales Manager to provide remote/on-site clinical assessments and comprehensive functional needs analysis in the US Market.
  • Provide remote/on-site pre-sales customer demonstrations highlighting the key features and benefits of SNC products, focusing on Enterprise SunCHECK full-platform Software and direct connectivity devices from a clinical perspective.
  • Serve as a Dosimetrist resource for Global Physics initiatives, providing feedback into strategic product planning, market analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support the National Account Sales Team with clinical customer support, provide clinical training as needed, and assist with identifying potential speakers for meetings and marketing events.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, scientific talks, and training events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM expertise.
  • Clinical QA cycle expertise, including simulation, treatment planning, pre-treatment QA, patient treatment, in-vivo QA, and Machine QA.
  • Fluency in English with strong written, verbal communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% and hand carry a 45-pound briefcase without wheels or assistance.
