  • Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
