En tant que Lead Electrical Systems Engineer, vous serez chargé de superviser l'exploitation, l'entretien et l'installation des équipements électriques au sein d'une installation biopharmaceutique. Vous devrez garantir le respect des procédures de sécurité et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (cGMP). Ce poste implique la coordination de projets liés à l'infrastructure électrique de l'usine et la mise en œuvre d'améliorations des systèmes. De plus, vous serez amené à diagnostiquer et à fournir un soutien technique pour les systèmes électriques existants.

Les principales responsabilités de ce poste incluent :

  • Diriger la conception et l'installation de systèmes électriques à différents niveaux de tension.
  • Élaborer et optimiser les procédures d'exploitation et d'entretien pour l'infrastructure électrique.
  • Superviser l'exploitation et l'entretien des réseaux de distribution électrique.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'infrastructure électrique.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs et les consultants pour garantir que les exigences des projets sont respectées.
  • Se tenir informé des évolutions dans le domaine de l'infrastructure électrique.
  • Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour garantir la conformité aux normes.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des systèmes électriques pour atteindre les objectifs de l'usine.
  • Agir en tant que responsable de l'ingénierie électrique pour le site.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme en ingénierie électrique.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception et le dépannage d'infrastructures électriques.
  • Expérience antérieure dans l'entretien d'équipements électriques haute tension.
  • Solides compétences en leadership.
  • Expérience de collaboration au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires.

Qualifications préférées :

  • Compréhension des normes de qualité environnementale.
  • Connaissance des pratiques de validation dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Familiarité avec les réglementations de l'industrie telles que NFPA 70-E et NEC.
