Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, W2 position as an Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Lorenz Clinic.
The successful candidate will provide psychiatric services, including evaluation and medication management, to a diverse child and adult patient population.
Key responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, medication management, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic.
Additionally, the candidate will participate in collaboration of care with other mental health providers and use the clinic's Electronic Health Record (EHR) as assigned.
Requirements include a doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) from an accredited school of nursing, full, unrestricted license to practice as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Minnesota, and at least one year post-licensure experience as a PMHNP functioning in an outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism within the field, strong clinical acumen and judgment, and the ability to base clinical assessment and intervention methods on science and professional best practice.
