Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program. As a member of our team, you will provide psychological services to clients in an applied, clinical, outpatient setting. You will engage in regular consultee-focused case consultation and maintain a rich schedule of continuing education events.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual/family/group psychotherapy, psychological testing, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic
- Carry patient caseload as assigned
- Attend and participate in monthly case consultation, Grand Rounds, business meetings, and other meetings as required
- Comply with clinic documentation standards
- Comply with relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
- A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
- Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
- Prior experience with Developmental Repair, Reflective Supervision, Child Parent Psychotherapy, DBT, or Functional Family Therapy models (strongly preferred)
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
This position may be eligible for student loan repayment. Full-time, independently licensed clinicians enjoy a robust benefits package that includes paid burnout time, twelve weeks of paid parenting leave regardless of gender, and an annual CEU allowance.
