Lorenz Clinic is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Post-Master's Fellow. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting, working with a diverse range of clients and developing your skills as a mental health practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
  • Carry and maintain a psychotherapy caseload, working with clients in an outpatient or in-home setting
  • Attend and actively participate in individual and/or group supervision, case consultation, and other meetings as required
  • Conduct at least two formal, scholarly presentations during the two-year fellowship

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or a similar field from a regionally-accredited academic program
  • Successful completion of a clinically-focused, master's-level practicum or internship that involved diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
  • A stated mental health licensure track in Minnesota and compliance with requirements for licensure or board certification as a mental health professional
