About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Lorenz Clinic. As a member of our Intensive Outpatient Program, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions
  • Collaborate with psychiatry providers and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular case consultation and continuing education events
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota
  • Prior experience with Developmental Repair, Reflective Supervision, Child Parent Psychotherapy, DBT, or Functional Family Therapy models
