Cloud and Cybersecurity Specialist

KPMG is seeking a skilled Cloud and Security Engineer to join our Global Information Technology (GT&K) Group. The successful candidate will provide support for our Secure Connectivity Chapter, ensuring the stability and security of our cloud-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regular on-call support for our cloud-based services during weekends and normal working hours using a follow-the-sun handover process between regions.
* Identify and implement improvements to our cloud-based services, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices.
* Collaborate with tier two support teams to improve operational stability and ensure technical expertise in assigned projects.
* Assess vendors and suppliers for suitability in providing services related to our Chapter's responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Minimum five years of recent experience in Information Technology, with at least three years in complex network environments and three years of experience implementing and supporting firewall solutions.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience.
* Strong understanding of Azure Networking, Palo Alto Technologies, SD-WAN, Squid, and ISAM Proxies, Infoblox, Network Micro segmentation, and Terraform.
* Knowledge of firewall and network management qualifications such as PCNSE, CCNP Security, CCSE, or FNSE (or equivalent skill level).
