Job Summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist III to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Zscaler solutions to protect our network, cloud computing platforms, endpoints, and applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Zscaler technology, Windows Server, Linux, AWS, PAM, and SIEM technologies. They will also have experience with tools such as Zscaler, Proofpoint, SumoLogic, and CrowdStrike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA for secure internet access, cloud security, data loss prevention, and network security
  • Configuration and administration of endpoint security, email encryption, and filtering with an emphasis on Zscaler Secure Web Gateway
  • Coordination of security measures for Active Directory, Multi-factor authentication, and related security authentication systems
  • Management of security programs related to cloud and local computer systems, focusing on compliance and system hardening through Zscaler
  • Conducting ongoing evaluations to improve the organization's security posture, leveraging Zscaler for network and application security
  • Assistance in Incident Response
  • Endpoint security: Anti-malware, configuration standards, asset management
  • Email encryption, DLP, and filtering
  • Active Directory, Multi-factor authentication, and related security authentication systems
  • Monitoring of daily operations of application systems, cloud, and local computer systems and associated servers for vulnerabilities and compliance
  • Assistance with development of operational documentation, while managing system and subsystem configuration, maintenance, and general administration of security devices and applications
  • Response to systems alerts, investigation, and resolution of related system failures, and recovery/restoration of failed systems and applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum six (6) years of network or cybersecurity expertise
  • Cyber specific certification or degree a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, AWS, PAM, and SIEM technologies preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zscaler, Proofpoint, SumoLogic, and CrowdStrike preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of secure cloud network topology design and administration including LAN, WAN, and related technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and processes to achieve commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to all levels of the organization
  • Process and technical documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver on objectives
