Senior Manager

Visa Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our fraud detection and prevention efforts in Washington, DC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing products and developing enhancements to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management: Manage existing fraud detection products and prevention solutions, and develop enhancements to these products to deliver solutions focused on risk and authentication.
- Market Analysis: Assess global market trends, evaluate potential product opportunities, and recommend market entry strategies to drive business growth.
- Product Vision and Delivery: Contribute to the product vision and delivery, including managing functional requirements, feature prioritization, product operations, and ongoing product management.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with internal groups to evaluate and articulate the value/business proposition of new products and be highly consultative to Visa's client-facing teams and regional product leads on the best way for clients to take advantage of Visa's new products and solutions.
- Global Deployment: Support the deployment of Visa's authentication products and Visa's payment authentication solution globally.
- Strategic Business Development: Lead the execution of short-term, intermediate, and long-term strategic business development plans for Visa's payment authentication and new risk products.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Support product development lifecycle from strategic planning, commercialization, development, and ongoing management.
- Product Asset Development: Lead efforts with Visa regional product leads and cross-functional team members to develop the product assets and commercialize Visa solutions.
- Partner Management: Identify and build relationships with internal and external partners to successfully manage and deliver high-quality products and solutions.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of competitor products, ensure Visa products are differentiated, and solve clients' greatest needs while reducing fraud and increasing authorization.
- Intellectual Property: Capture, develop, and deliver ideas/processes that improve Visa's patent portfolio.
- Education and Experience: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Manager-related occupation.
- Business Acumen: Transforming business ideas into detailed requirements that enable technology teams to deliver new products or product enhancements based on business needs.
- Data Analysis: Data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Project Management: Managing simultaneous tasks and projects with multiple workstreams.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel is required.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
