Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store management, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail and installer customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support store management in achieving sales and customer service goals, including promoting company customer service programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and performing various tasks as assigned.
  • Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, and perform in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow).
  • Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index system is desired.
  • ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) are also preferred.
