Job Summary

The Radiology Technician is a vital role in our Imaging/Radiology team, where you will perform general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services
  • Follow policies and procedures as you provide patient care activities and any related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and families
  • Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment

Requirements

  • Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
  • Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
