At MultiCare Health System, we're seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain Operations team. In this exciting role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, from monitoring and maintaining supply and patient care equipment to verifying materials and receipts documentation.

As a Facilities Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and assuring supply and patient care equipment are maintained
  • Verifying materials and receipts documentation against purchase orders
  • Packaging and processing supplies and materials being returned to vendors or other facilities
  • Coordinating shipping and supply chain logistics
  • Supplying stores with stock supplies within designated Distribution Storeroom locations

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in receiving, distribution, and warehousing. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, we encourage you to apply.
