Position Summary:
We are in search of an experienced CVICU Manager to oversee our dedicated team in delivering outstanding critical care. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in CVICU management, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate a commitment to patient-focused care.

- Clinical Excellence: Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and maintain high standards of care.
- Quality Improvement: Utilize process improvement methodologies to enhance service quality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Nursing Staff Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor nursing staff, providing ongoing support and performance evaluations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- 3 to 7 years of clinical experience in a relevant field.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
- CPR certification required.
- Certification from the American Nurse Credentialing Center is preferred.
- Ability to lift weights up to 32 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently.
