Job Title: Clinical Research Program Manager

At Medtronic, we're committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and improving healthcare outcomes. As a Clinical Research Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing global clinical evidence strategies that drive business growth and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement overall global clinical evidence strategy and roadmap for multiple medical device product(s) and/or remote monitoring system(s)
  • Collaborate with key internal and external global stakeholders to identify evidence gaps and execute a fit-for-purpose strategy to acquire necessary data
  • Identify and leverage innovative real-world data and real-world evidence opportunities to fulfill evidence requirements, optimizing time and costs
  • Provide clinical subject matter expertise (SME) and CRMS representation on various technology development, product development, continued development, and remediation projects
  • Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of clinical research data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in clinical research/clinical strategy in the healthcare industry
  • Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience in clinical research/clinical strategy in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working on a Global study team, managing clinical trial data review, and multiple clinical research sites with proven results in study execution
  • Comprehension and understanding of Clinical affairs functional systems and processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
