Purpose of this position:

This role is responsible for building and maintaining a robust reporting package using Power BI and Tableau. The package will be critical in managing physician productivity, ambulatory clinical access, benchmark reporting, and physician compensation drivers/metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.
  2. Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  3. Provide actionable recommendations to improve physician productivity and clinical access.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to identify critical performance metrics and develop reporting tools to monitor these metrics effectively.
  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of benchmark reports and manage physician compensation metrics.
  6. Work with various data sources to integrate and manage data for reporting purposes.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Power BI and Tableau reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data analysis or a related role.

Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in managing benchmark reporting and physician compensation metrics is highly desirable.

Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in managing physician productivity, clinical access, benchmark reporting, and physician compensation metrics.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling.

Strong understanding of healthcare data and clinical workflows.

Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
