Senior Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a registered nurse, you will evaluate patients and create personalized care plans while collaborating with patients, families, and the care team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:
- A current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs
