Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited nursing program and current state license as a registered nurse
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical care setting or home health environment, with 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs
