Job Description:
As a Long Term Care Specialist at Bethea Retirement Community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, plus benefits.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who can assist with daily activities, provide personal care, and support our residents with their needs. As a Long Term Care Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents
* Provide personal care, including toileting, grooming, and transferring residents
* Respond to resident call lights and make rounds to check on residents' well-being
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with nursing staff

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Current SC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
* 1+ years' experience in healthcare or long term care preferred
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for seniors
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
