This Medical Observation Nurse position offers a competitive salary range of $68,645 - $78,641 and opportunities for professional growth and development. About the Job

As a Medical Observation Nurse at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, you will be responsible for carrying out Physician's orders, performing nursing handoffs in care/bedside reports, and caring for patients with specific needs and/or conditions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Carry out Physician's orders according to hospital policies and procedures
  • Perform nursing handoffs in care/bedside reports to ensure accurate communication and transfer of patient information
  • Care for patients with specific needs and/or conditions such as observation assessment expectations, observation criteria/CDU criteria, and receiving/pulling patients from ED
  • Hold ASN or BSN from an accredited registered nursing program
  • Have valid RN Licensure
  • Be BLS Certified
  • Have acute care experience preferred
