Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Assured & Associates, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Our team provides personalized care and support to individuals in need, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, according to individual needs.
  2. Assist with medication management, documenting any issues or concerns.
  3. Perform various clinical tasks, such as vital sign monitoring, wound care, and documentation.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year of experience in home health or skilled nursing; previous supervisory experience a plus.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • TB test result within 6 months.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
