Role Overview:
The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in the initial assessment of provider information, including physicians, advanced practice nurses, and allied health professionals. This position serves as a key evaluator within the Customer Care Department, facilitating the processes of Privileging, Verifications, Licensing, and Service Coordination. Responsibilities include data entry, mapping, and various pre-screening tasks that ensure a seamless onboarding experience for providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and organizing CVs and provider information into the company database.
- Collecting and mapping client applications received for database integration.
- Conducting outreach to provider offices to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information.
- Communicating with providers regarding their onboarding status through various channels.
- Assisting in the development of contact sheets for providers' work history and insurance coverage.
- Collaborating with specialty teams to create and implement effective Customer Care strategies.
- Engaging with clients via phone and email to understand their preferences and maintain accurate database checklists.
- Analyzing trends to support the ongoing success of the department.
