Galactic Channel Sales Executive

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for networking and building relationships with Managed Services Providers (MSPs)?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team at Galactic Advisors. As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our MSP partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with MSPs through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Close sales and win new business exclusively through our MSP channel.
  • Support at-risk partners with proactive communication and enable them to succeed within the Galactic community.
  • Coach partners on how to market and communicate third-party assessments to their clients.
  • Deliver awareness of new product features to our partners and get them excited to sell and use our products.
  • Make outbound calls to current partners to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to address payment issues and with our development team to deliver feedback on improving our product offerings.
  • Prospect engagement including travel to events, getting analysis completed, and follow-up after assessment readout calls.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create better initiatives that facilitate partner sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a closing role in technology sales in a startup environment.
  • Strong negotiation experience and ability to navigate corporate procurement processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated revenue growth and channel experience.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
  • BS/BA in business, marketing, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
