Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about healthy living, self-motivated, and energetic. Our dynamic environment requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your positive and engaging personality will ensure a memorable experience for our patients. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in standard office software and technology is essential, along with a willingness to learn new systems. A professional demeanor and appearance are expected, complemented by a good sense of humor.

Prior experience in a healthcare office setting is preferred, particularly in environments with self-pay patients, such as med spas, plastic surgery, or integrative medicine. You should be capable of independently completing tasks while also being a collaborative team player, understanding the impact of your actions on the team.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to empathize with patients and respond compassionately to their needs. Your ability to listen and relate to others will be invaluable in creating a supportive atmosphere. Dependability, adaptability, and a genuine desire to serve others are key attributes we seek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule appointments for new patients while managing other responsibilities.
  • Greet new and existing patients warmly and professionally.
  • Utilize administrative and organizational skills to support patients and team members.
  • Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and role-playing exercises.
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office, preferably with self-pay patients.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Effective communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with patient concerns.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to promote healthy lifestyles.

Compensation is based on experience, with additional incentives available for meeting individual and team performance goals.
