In your role as a Front Desk/Guest Services Coordinator, you will assist in creating enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences, ensuring that every visitor feels at home.
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, provide information about the property and its amenities, and escort them to their accommodations.
- Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries and requests for assistance, offering recommendations for local dining, attractions, and activities.
- Ensure that every guest receives a personalized experience, treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Address guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate management when necessary.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as required.
- Monitor public areas to maintain cleanliness and organization, coordinating any necessary cleaning or maintenance.
- Prepare and serve breakfast in the parlor, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable dining experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic options, in the parlor.
- Restock and replenish tea, coffee, refrigerator items, fruit baskets, and snacks for guests.
- Occasionally assist with cleaning guest rooms as needed.
- Reach out to departing guests to encourage reviews on travel platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Salary Description:
$17.50 to $20 per hour
