Sunrise Lodge Pantry Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pantry Attendant to join our team at Sunrise Lodge. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service in the cafeteria food operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests through positive and friendly interactions, answering questions, and completing sales on register.
  • Prepare and arrange food for serving.
  • Maintain sanitation of food and food service areas.
  • Clean counters, equipment, and general work area, including washing dishes.
  • Replenish and inventory food items and supplies in a cafeteria serving line, food bar, or storeroom.
  • Cook short order items on a serving line and perform simple food preparation.
Requirements:
  • Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • ServSafe or Washington Food Handlers certification required.
  • National Park experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and use food service POS system including computerized cash register and credit card terminal.
Working Conditions:

This is a fast-paced environment with frequent movements from place to place within the unit. You will be required to stand for extended periods and climb stairs regularly.
