This entry-level role, under the guidance of the Project Accounting Manager, focuses on supporting project initiation and maintenance, ensuring precise and timely billing, and providing daily financial support to assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate accurate and timely billing processes for assigned projects.
  • Offer daily financial support to various business units.
  • Assist in the establishment of projects within the BST accounting framework.
  • Review proposals and contracts to confirm adherence to billing protocols; conduct necessary follow-ups.
  • Examine timesheets and expense submissions for accuracy.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounting/finance, customer service, or a related area is essential.
  • Experience with BST Enterprise is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills are important.
  • Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is vital.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Professional is a plus.

The compensation range for this position is between $55,000 and $62,000 annually. The final offer may vary based on several factors, including experience, expertise, education, location, and relevant certifications, while adhering to applicable laws regarding protected characteristics.
