Dispatcher (Part Time) - Patient Transportation Coordinator

As a Patient Transportation Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating and monitoring the activities of our Patient Transportation services. Your timely and accurate dispatch of transportation requests will ensure that patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service to patients, families, and staff by responding to transportation requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate the activities of patient transporters, ensuring that transportation requests are completed efficiently and effectively.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff by providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
Monitor and report on transportation metrics, including on-time arrivals and departures, to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or transportation-related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
