Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer care and patient service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons and patients.
  • Maintain and update customer information as needed, utilizing our sophisticated data-driven systems.
  • Handle high-volume incoming inquiries from customers while providing outstanding, accurate customer service, resolving and de-escalating any situation that may arise.
  • Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, effectively communicating this information to customers.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic and modern cannabis company.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center setting, with excellent computer, language, and reasoning skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, with excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone.
  • Ability to constantly perform desk-based computer tasks, frequently sitting, and occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds.
