District FNP Program Support Specialist

Job Summary
The District FNP Program Support Technician provides administrative support to the district FNP Area Coordinator and performs various program functions. This role involves program evaluation and reporting, budget management, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform program evaluation and reporting activities, including reviewing records and generating reports.
- Manage program budgets and perform accounting procedures.
- Support team functions and communication.
- Coordinate program grants and resources.
- Provide HR/hiring support.
- Support programming activities.
- Participate in professional development activities.
Requirements
- High school graduation or G.E.D.
- Experience using computer applications (Word, Excel).
- Experience monitoring multiple budgets and managing multiple databases with accuracy.
- Experience following written and oral instructions with limited guidance.
- Experience with data entry, compiling data, and following complicated procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Quicken.
- Experience preparing accounting reports and processing accounting forms.
- Experience creating reports.
- Customer service experience and experience working as part of a team.
Additional Information
This position requires reliable transportation and occasional travel for job duties and trainings. A valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation are required.
