Job Description:

Eagle Crest Construction seeks an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for project bids and material orders. Your primary goal is to ensure timely delivery, quality, while accounting for budget.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in production building of residential projects or equivalent schooling. You must also be able to pass a background check and drug test. Proficient knowledge of common building materials for residential, multi-family, and commercial construction is a plus.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally, facilitating strong communication to customers, trade partners, and other Eagle Crest associates. You will prioritize creating truly outstanding customer experiences, while aligning to the mission and goals of the company. A strong team player with excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines is required.

You will also mentor and train colleagues to improve and learn new skills for career progression and development. Additionally, you will proactively identify and respond quickly, with sensitivity to the needs of all customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
