Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor to join our team of experts in HVAC Residential sales. As a Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing knowledge and understanding of their needs and expectations, and selling HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong customer relationships by identifying and addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Sell HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work to new and existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct sales visits to residential and commercial customers, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs.
  • Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems or project needs.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • H.S. graduate (Associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred).
  • Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communicator with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism.
