We are seeking an exceptional Executive Leader to spearhead our high-end residential projects. As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of experts in delivering one-of-a-kind architecture that embodies the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
  • As Executive Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining the highest level of quality control.
  • You will partner with project managers to develop and manage project schedules, contribute to estimate creation, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Your expertise in constructability problem-solving, quality control, and managing subcontractors will be invaluable in driving project success.
  • You will also be responsible for training and directing field crews, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining job site security.
Requirements
  • 15 years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years in high-end, custom residential projects.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Journeyman-level carpentry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills, as well as a deep technical understanding of building processes and materials.
