Luxury Client Liaison

We are a renowned jewelry and watch retailer in the California Bay Area's Silicon Valley, offering an extensive selection of haute horology timepieces, fine jewelry, bridal selections, and gifts & accessories.
Our Mission:
The Client Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving personal sales targets. They must act as an ambassador of CH Premier at all times, prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets by selling watches, accessories, and services
- Identify and create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique environment
- Foster strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Support these relationships through CRM focus and attention
- Handle customer service requests and respective processes
- Maintain knowledge of brands, products, and industry partnerships
- Demonstrate outstanding client service and treatment
- Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the boutique
- Organize and execute operational tasks with care
- Maintain the boutique according to visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or hospitality
- High emotional intelligence and general education
- Perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience
- Strong selling skills and ability to handle diverse tasks
- Able to adapt approach individually to each client
- Open and outgoing personality with perfect manners
- Fluent in local language and English, ideally one more relevant tourist language
Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour
