Job Description:
The Client Specialist will deliver exceptional client experiences, achieving personal and company sales targets while acting as an ambassador of CH Premier.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer experience to clients and stakeholders
- Sell watches, accessories, and services to exceed turnover targets
- Create sales opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients
- Support these relationships through CRM focus and attention
- Handle customer service requests and respective processes
- Stay up-to-date on brand history, products, partnerships, and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience
- High emotional intelligence and general education
- Understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience
- Strong selling skills and result-oriented mindset
- Able to adapt approach to individual clients and handle multiple tasks
- Open, outgoing personality with perfect manners
- Creative, curious, and versatile team player with good interpersonal competences
- Fluent in local language and English, ideally one more relevant tourist language
Salary Range:
