Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and ability to work well with OSHA inspectors.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural reasoning.
  • Proficiency in the use of a computer.
  • Knowledge about safety regulations and a willingness to comply.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Willingness to travel in market based on project location.
  • Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment.
  • Able to access all areas of the jobsite.
  • Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc.
  • Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
  • Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels.
  • Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
