Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Worker to join our team. As a valuable member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in constructing a wide range of commercial buildings and structures that enhance the landscape of Sioux Falls SD and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of skilled tasks involving commercial construction projects, including preparation and setup of construction sites, reading and interpreting blueprints, and participating in the construction of foundations, walls, roofs, and other structural components.
  • Install doors, windows, flooring, and other finishing touches to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain a range of construction tools and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines and safety standards.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure a safe and clean worksite.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial construction or a similar field.
  • Proficient understanding of commercial construction techniques and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
  • Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc. for extended periods.
  • Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
