Nighttime Auditor Role at Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

Are you meticulous with numbers and dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences? Our establishment is seeking a night auditor to become a vital part of our hospitality team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic setting and are comfortable with overnight work hours.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 per hour

Primary Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of credit card transactions, financial documentation, room billing, and cash register operations
  • Handle various bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities as needed
  • Create and share reports with hotel management and department leaders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests during their stay
  • Support front desk operations, including managing reservations and check-in processes
Qualifications:
  • Availability for overnight shifts is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities are required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; some college education is preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous
  • Computer proficiency is required; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
