Your Role

In this role, you'll collaborate with design agencies and content teams to create impactful marketing materials, including flyers, event pages, and social media graphics. You'll work cross-functionally, partnering with internal departments, event logistics, marketing operations, and leadership to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events (conferences, webinars, product launches, trade shows, etc.).">
  • Support event logistics including venue coordination, seller communication, targeting, and scheduling.">
  • Help create and execute marketing campaigns to promote events via email, social media, and other digital platforms.">
  • Monitor and manage event registration, attendee engagement, and follow-up communications.">
  • Track event performance metrics and assist in generating post-event reports to analyze success and areas of improvement.">
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative event ideas and strategies.">
