The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a professional and self-motivated attorney with strong transactional skills, experience in complex negotiations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to support the legal needs of a leading company in live event ticketing and distribution, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business and Contract Support: Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret agreements related to ticketing, events, confidentiality, vendors, and employment.
- Vendor and Software Contract Renewals: Manage renewals, renegotiate terms to achieve cost savings and improve services, and collaborate with internal teams to assess contract performance.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and monitor regulatory developments relevant to our business.
- Risk Management and Strategic Advice: Advise internal teams on legal and business risks, provide practical solutions to complex challenges, and maintain and enforce company policies.
- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Partner with leadership, finance, operations, and other departments to support business initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making.
